Hence once an appointment has been made to use our services a fee is applicable and payable in advance. Irrespective of any outcome from any application for funds, this service fee is non-refundable

We Offer NO Legal facility's. We do offer help and advice but ultimately we advise you to always use a Lawyer, and check then double check all paperwork regarding property, land or business's that you are looking to purchase.

We respect your privacy:

Any Personal or other information that you disclose to Yes-Siam; will only be passed onto third party companies regarding mortgage , loan Or Finance to help assist the granting of said services to the applicant .

Anything you may tell us, directly or indirectly and whether orally, in writing or otherwise will not be divulged other than to required agencies; i.e. Personal sensitive information, for example your marital status, or any previous or pending convictions.

 Any information that we may receive about you from third parties for example: credit reference agencies, banks or fraud protection agencies etc, will not be divulged other than to required agencies for the granting of funds.

Regarding any transactions or dealings with Yes-Siam.

We will only use the information that is necessary for the following purposes: Using your information to assess your suitability to be referred to lenders against criteria given to us by those said lenders. Following up any referral to a lender made by us.

All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of personal information will be governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage
